Hello ALL

I am filling our the K-1 Visa myself and just have a few questions.

1. What do I put under her employment if she does not work? She does go to college. Should i put that in the employment field?

2.  Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information    Do i check option 5d here? I have never been married, i have no kids. never convicted of a crime. never been in jail. never filled out an I-129 FORM

3. Your Beneficiary's Name and Address in His or Her Native Alphabet. Should i fill this in in her language?

Thank you for your help. I know it may seem like common sense but i am just double checking everything.

1.  put "N/A" here, do this for all fields in the entire application that don't apply to your situation, they are picky about leaving fields blank.  For part II #18 "occupation" you could put "full time college student" here

2.  I checked box 5d, same situation as you this was my first I-129F

3.  In her country do they use roman alphabet like we do in the US?  If yes then you put "N/A" for all these fields.  For example, my fiance is Filipino, in the Philippines names are spelled using the roman alphabet.   But say your fiance is Chinese, then you complete this part using the Chinese alphabet!

Great DIY video for completing the I-129F, highly recommended:

Rufus,

Thank you so much for this amazing. Your answer, with this video, help me so much. I really appreciate it.

One final question:

My fiance has never been to America,

in section 38e: should i put her foreign passport number?

In the video, she put it in but im not sure if she put it in because her fiancé visited America before

I assume you are referring to the section on page 6? under other information about your beneficiary?

starting at 38.a, you only fill out that section if the beneficiary (your fiance) is currently in the united states at the time of filing.

so no, you can put "N/A" for sections 38.a - 38.h

that is what we put for my fiance as he was not in the US at the time of filing, but he had visited multiple times before.
