Typically 4-6 weeks max. Earlier this year notices took as long as 8-10 weeks.

Kind of sucks to see the processing numbers grow.

for the range of my case number because i means all those people didnt have to redo their biometrics.

Maybe I'm in a blessed situation but what is the actual, practical issue with the processing time?  We are with our loved ones and can work and travel.  The only thing I can tell is having to carry the extension letter.  Compared to consular processing for the CR-1, this is easy IMHO.

12/4/24 -Package delivered

12/6/24 - Case received and receipt notice was sent

12/10/24 - receipt notice and biometric reuse notice available to download and case actively being reviewed

12/16/24 - Biometric reuse notice received in mail

12/28/24- Receipt notice with a 48 months extension received in mail

Anyone here happen to know why I'm receiving 3 letters in the mail?

Don't know what they are yet they get dropped off tomorrow. I know 1 is the extention the other one maybe be the biometric but the 3rd is 🤷‍♂️ to me.

So since I'm expecting 3 maybe 1 receipt notice. 1 extention letter and the 3rd one is for biometrics

Yes, the Biometric reuse Notice and the Receipt Notice with a 48 months extension. I am not sure about your third letter unless you do not have USCIS account then possibly it is an access code.

Well mail comes in a couple of hours so we shall see

So we got 3 letter in the mail

1 is the Extension

1 is for Biometric Schedule

1 is the pin to create a new online account

So i just realized I had enter the date of birth wrong and we can not access the my.uscic page that shows the status.

Can you not enter wrong DOB again to access it?

so had to use a different e-mail and it worked with the incorrect DOB

So my question is how does this effect my wife's biometric schedule? and how do I correct her DOB?

You mean now you're able to see it?

I'd try correcting it... May need to speak to Emma...

 

Is DOB also wrong on I-751 form or just in account?
