Hi Everyone,

I am creating this forum for all the applicants who are going to submit their petitions in December 2024 for I-751 Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence. Mine was delivered on December 3rd. I have received and IOE number on December 5th.

What did you provide in your packets as evidence?

Hi everyone! I'm new here but wanted to share my timeline and processing updates to help others in the future:

On December 1, I overnighted my i-751 petition via FedEx to

USCIS
Attn: I-751 (Box 4072)
2500 Westfield Drive
Elgin, IL 60124-7836

  • December 3, 2024: USCIS received my Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, and sent me a receipt notice.
  • December 10, 2024:
    • Biometric Reuse.pdf: Received notification of biometric reuse.
    • Receipt Notice.pdf: Received a copy of the receipt notice.
    • My case status updated to "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS."

Hope this helps others tracking their progress!

Our I-751 was delivered on Weds., Dec. 11th.  But, we still haven't gotten notification with receipt number.  We only put an email on the G-1145 😬.  Could that be a problem?  I wish we had included a cell number.

Well I just got an email from USCIS "We have taken an action on your case."  Logged in and found the case added to myUSCIS account of the conditional resident and got the receipt number that way.  G-1145 notice never came though.  I don't think the G-1145 email option works anymore.  I've never heard of anyone getting an email.

Hello group! Just back from the post office and my bulky I-751 petition is on its way to Elgin. Keeping my fingers crossed it can clear payment and get something updated on myUSCIS before the Christmas holidays kick in

Most likely you'll hear after holidays. Good luck!
