I-485 US documents don't fit my full name on passport

Hi everyone,

 

I'm filling out the i-485 doc, and I put my legal name as it shows on the passport and marriage document. My driver's license and I-94 show my name written in different order.

 

E.g. on passport and marriage document:

First: Jane

Last:  Doe

Mid: Max Maxine

On I- 94

First: Jane Max Maxine

Last: Doe

Middle: Was considered part of my first name for some reason and wasn't added as middle name

 

On any US document and my VISA card they can't fit my full middle name so they wrote as much as they can fit removing one name

First: Jane

Last: Doe

Middle: Max

 

Should I write these variations of I-94 and VISA/US documents under OTHER NAMES YOU HAVE USED SINCE BIRTH part 1 item 2 to 3?
