Hi Everyone,

I called USCIS on Friday to see what was happening with my case. The woman was polite but repeated herself over and over again with the usual. She told me they're now processing January 2007 applications. We all know that's not exactly true.

It's hard to see how many people are approved and how many are still waiting. So I used the VJ timeline search and (based on people reporting, which may be a problem), I got the following stats:

Note: This is K-3 Visas only. I wonder if K-3s are more complex than K-1.

Total Applications: 59

Approved (got NOA2 for I-130 or I-129): 27

[/indent]in the last 4 weeks: 11

in the last 2 weeks: 7

What do you think? Are we the last of the last, or are these stats correct?

I sure hope so. Sau's news today is encouraging. They're getting to us. For me, no touches since May 11th...but I think that will be changing pretty soon. We're on our way to approvals!
