Hello to All. 

My wife had her second interview few days ago at the US embassy in Monrovia. The case status still says 'Ready'. The case has been updated once. I'm a bit confused, I don't know what is going on. Can someone please share some experience with me?

The CEAC status does not always indicate the actual real-time status.  I would rely more on how the interview with the CO went, was more information requested, did the CO indicate a positive result (not always reliable), did the consulate keep the passport, etc.?  Eventually the website will catch up, and hopefully soon.
