I really don't know about this CR-1 visa....When I look at the history under Timelines, I see the average filing time is----> 464 days......that's 15.25 months...Am I reading it right? I'm wondering if the country has anything to do with it...My wife is in the Philippines...Anyone got any better data than that?

I-130 Timeline:

4/03/07...mailed I-130 to TSC

8/08/07...Received at NVC & Case Number assigned

I-129F Timeline:

4/23/07...mailed I-129F to Chicago

5/01/07...received NOA1 (dated 4/27/07)

5/03/07...touched

5/11/07...transferred to CSC

5/16/07...Received NOA1

6/04/07...touched (email saying Case is now pending)

While that may be, NVC processing time depends on input from the petitioner and beneficiary and can vary widely based on mailing time and how quickly the petitioner and beneficiary respond to requests.

Yes, start to finish CR and IR visa timelines vary widely depending on the Country, irrespective of NVC timelines.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
