Hello. I was really not sure where to post this. Sooo if it belongs somewhere else... sorry.

I am wandering if the medical issues that my husbands has had over the past year (injury, hospitalization then a operation that helped but then added more problems into the mix) will make him fail his medical exam, thus our petition getting denied?! He has a back injury, that the operation only made worse by damaging some nerves in his leg. He is not disable but has to walk with a cane. Any information or insight is appreciated and helpful. Thank you!

NO, they are only looking for medical problems like AIDS, and other contagious diseses, as well as some mental disorders that may pose a threat to the general public.

Temp disability is not a reason for inadmissibility.
