Hi everyone,

Sorry for the silly question but I've heard that there are a lot of cases that were rejected just because they did not put NA.

I'm filling the adjustment of status along with I-130A. For empty text boxes, should I populate them with N/A or just leave them empty.

example: Part 3 of I-130A. Information About Your Employment Outside the United States. For me it is already included above, should I just write "Included above".

For history of residency: Areas where I live right now doesn't have postal code, but a zip code, and vice versa in the past, should I just write N/A?

With government forms, especially immigration forms, my philosophy is not to leave anything blank. For our I-485 & I-765 that we just filed, we put N/A in any empty text box. That's just my personal opinion on how to do it.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Did they reject your forms or anything of that sort?
