About Form I-693 for I-485 as K1 Visa Holder

I came here in the US by K1 Visa and then we got married and now we are applying for I-485 ( Green Card/AOS) and we got so confused. Do we need to submit Form I-693? Or Form 3025 is enough that I have from the Medical Examination done in Philippines since it is still Valid and will expired 1 year from now .

No.

Yes. A photocopy. Ensure it is MARKED complete and IS complete.

It can be used to FILE I485 for one year from the date on it, not now.
