NVC documents

I have checked the NVC required documents for Pakistan but it says Police Certificate is not required. Is a court document required and are school records required? I just had a confusion can someone guide me in what documents they submitted to NVC especially for Pakistan

Police Certificates are not accepted by the Embassy in Pakistan as they are unreliable. The embassy does its own background checks on applicants which is why Administrative Processing takes so long for cases there.

Absolutely correct.  The "on the ground" security checks for Pakistani males in particular are extensive, expensive, and take as long as a year or more.  They do not begin them until they have otherwise decided to issue the visa.  If the applicant has a common name, expect a longer delay.
