I-129F address format confusion

My fiancé and I are doing DIY and we cannot figure our how we should format the address portions under beneficiary information. Her home address and her employers addresses do not follow the same format. For example, she lives in santolan, pasig city, metro manila. What lines do her barangay, district and city go under since metro manila is not a province?

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

For Jaycel's address info on the I-129F, her DS-160 and now her AOS package applications, we put her barangay after her street number and name in that box. She did not have a district or anything so we didn't have to worry about that. Just fit it in the best that you can. We had no problems. The biggest thing is street number an name if she has one, city, province, country and postal code
