Got DQ along with a Case FE Review Note

Hey, I submitted last 3 years tax returns, but most recent years income is insufficient ($16,756) because I was staying with my husband for months during it but I'm now making $41,600 which will reflect on my 2024 tax return. We got DQ but also got a Case FE Review note saying "A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview." but I unfortunately do not have a joint sponsor.

You don't need a joint sponsor if your current income is sufficient for your household size.  Just be prepared to show the consulate officer evidence of your CURRENT gross income.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Be aware that an income tax return shows what was earned in the previous year....not what the taxpayer is currently earning.  Good luck.
