Knowing there is a possibilty of being denied and getting there and being denied are two different things. The possibility of being denied didn't lessen the blow of being separated from my husband for even more time any easier.

Too sad, OP gets expedited removal but Pancho can stay cause hes willing to work at Dunkin Donuts for two bucks an hour... That and he wasnt brave enough to leave and reenter.

Hey, there is a club over on immigrate2us, if you want PM me and I'll give you the leader's addy. They track all the waivers, sending you a spreadsheet each month with the percentage of approvals, by country, etc.

The percentage of approvals of waivers based on their data is over 80% so keep your chin up.
