I paid my parents green card on first week of September, is over 2months now but we have not received it yet.

I called and I was being told that I have to wait after 90days so they can answer my questions.

Does anyone have idea on how to expedite the process.

What would be normal timeline for Green card process.

You cannot expedite this. The GC takes 4 weeks to 12 months for no rhyme or reason. The stamped visa ( that the CBP stamped  on entry ) is all that is needed until the GC comes. It can be used for b everything that the plastic GC can

Im assuming they have also entered the US as well as you paying  the fee ..

** Moved to Moving to the US and your new life in America “ as the question relates to  life after having  already entered the US.

Normal timeline is up to 90 days, there's no way to expedite it but no need to either, their stamped visas act as green cards for a year anyway, as said above.

When did your parents actually enter the US?

Sounds like you’ve filled the form in incorrectly. Did you select OS155A from the drop down box, and put the receipt number from when you paid the fee in?

Right, I’m still none the wiser. So you filled the form in, and they’ve responded and told you that your enquiry isn’t releated to the case? So my question was, what did you select from the drop down box and did you put the receipt number in? It sounds like you’ve filled that form in incorrectly, just trying to help you figure out what has gone wrong.

Thank you for helping me out, Yes i put the receipt number it says received payment on that date.  I have the receipt number confirmation and tracking number.
My question are how did i file the form in-correct thats the  only option for green-card payment.

If its in-correct why it says received green-card payment,  wait for 90days to received your green-card on the mail. When I called I was being told that they didn't mail the green card yet. When I emailed  my inquiry I received a response that I am not related to the case then they cannot disclose information.

I cannot send another inquiry due to i have to wait 30days from my first inquiry.

Thank you

I didn’t mean the status check, I meant did you put it in the form I linked to above, to report the card not being received?

Calling and emailing isn’t what you need to do. The form linked to above (here again for reference - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDCForm.do?sroPageType=ndc&entryPoint=init) is what you need to complete. I’m sorry to ask again but it’s really not clear, have you filled that form in?? And if so, what did you select from the drop down box?
