My husband attended his IR1 visa interview in Guatemala and the consular officer  told him his visa was approved. However after a month of waiting no passport yet.
he does have two approved waivers. The I-212 and the 601-A waivers.
What is the Wait  time frame to receive passport back after consular interview with and I212 and 601-A waivers. Any one here that went through same process?

@Myfam1st not yet. My husband has both 212 and 601A waivers approved. His appointment was 10/24
how about your husband?

My husband has both approved as well. He doesn’t need the 212 though, according to the CO. Praying for a prompt answer for both. Please keep me posted.
