Hey skipped cases fam!

it appears the processing time has decreased from 8.5 to 8 months. While it probably doesn’t matter for our cohort.. At least we know the process is improving overall. Hang in there fam! Everything will be okay in the end…

That means nothing for us as the only reason that happened is literally the fact that they skipped us. Before they skipped us it was 9 months. And we're done with waiting a year to contact them. If they can't do justice by us there's no reason for us to follow their rule about "the earliest contact".

I see they're approving Sept 30th, this is just outrageous.

The USCIS posted processing time is very misleading. For the Cali Service center it says "80% of cases are completed" within 8 months. That leaves 20% with no clear timeline. We are the 20%.  It's cruel. I've been trying to get my fiance here for 2 years. 8 months through I-129f. They know the strain this is putting on people but the only thing that seems to matter is keeping that "processing time" number as low as possible. And once they get to your case there's no guarantee it will be approved. They know that we know there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. I have so much to say about this topic but Im drained emotionally, physically, & spiritually. Praying for good news soon.

Well, as of today there's 1283 July applications left. The number of only July, not including June applications, they've skipped is 1275. Let's see what the next week will bring because logically they have to process more than those 8 otherwise I will be pretty sure they lost our applications.

Also, if any of you who has the subscription sees any movement please let us know 🙂🙏

Can you tell me about June please how many cases they skipped

The data I have is from the beginning of November when I used my free subscription trial figuring that something went wrong and it said back then it was 278 for June 28th which was also the last business day in June so it's the only "officially" skipped day for June range. I haven't heard there's been any movement since then but those that have access to the subscription can tell you if anything has changed.

I keep waiting for something to change so I can start with the subscription because I don't want to pay without needing to.

There's still 449 pending June cases though so you can get an idea.

Friends, yesterday they approved 25 cases from June 28th. It appears that they have began to process our range in order. Before that they were finishing up the 27th which partly was in the skipped range. Don't give up!

If that is the case, I should be one of the earliest to hear back as I am July 3rd. I'll keep y'all in the loop!
