Im subject to the 212e requirement J1 visa. I finished my program and returned home to fulfill the requirement. By now I finished 15 months ( 9 months to go ). During this t month My I-130 got approved and my pd is August 2024.

im concerned about the NVC stage; as im still in the process of fulfilling the 2 years requirement. Im confused about this part, I saw a lot of cases mentioning that it’s at the interview stage at the consulate where you should prove completion of the 212e requirement.

please any insights, information or advice ?

Yes, by staying in home country for 2 years you'll prove satisfaction of 212e requirement.
