i864 or i864a

I have a question which form should my mother use, is it i864a or i864?

the petitioner is my sister which she fill up i864 then her husband fill up i864a they filed their taxes jointly.

Which forms does my mother will use?

they live the same address  and my mother has separate income and my sister didn't include them in their taxes as other dependent.

just confused with this.

Does petitioner, your sister, does not have enough income to support you? 
 

if not, she can use her husband’s income to support you. Your sister will fill i864 and her husband will fill i864A, and combine income.

 

After combining if they both still don’t make enough income according to poverty guidelines, they will need a joint sponsor. Your mother can be a joint sponsor if her income is enough to support you. Joint sponsor will fill i864.

Yeah not enough, all my siblings are migrating together at the same time.
