Individual circumstances aren’t relevant to USCIS. Meeting the stated requirements are.

Your GF needs to decide what she wants and if she's willing to strive to make major changes in her life. Co-sponsors are generally going to be friends or family willing to go through the process. Do they want to be on the hook for you if the relationship fails? Some embassies aren't very keen on co-sponsors either and you have not provided us with any of that information. Does the GF have friends or family willing? A private legal document between a cosponsor and you have no bearing to the government either.

 

Is the GF willing to wait until she finishes school and gets a job to sponsor you herself? What are YOUR qualifications and job prospects in the US? Are you prepared to wait a very long time before being able to work? Do you know what you both will do about health insurance? The cost of living? Of travel? For a wedding? Living arrangements? Any obligations you may have abroad?

Even if you were to sign something saying you'd pay them back, life has a way of upending even the best laid plans.  What if you were in a car accident and seriously injured?  Most of the time it's the government coming after sponsors to pay back public assistance.  The government does what it does, and it's a hard beast to go up against.

then spouse needs 125% of poverty guidelines $25.550  for 2  in 2024 which should increase each year

 

and doesn't matter how u think this/ USCIS says need to make at least that amount (and they have the right to decide)  so joint sponsor is either needed or u wait out the years till she has degree and income to support and that's not a bad idea /  u don't have to rush into marriage 

 

Spouse visa is taking 15 months and usually longer 

use this time to further education or work experience for both of u

spouse visa u can work but understand what it means to have 1 in college in the day ((or night time classes ) and  studying at night and writing term papers while the other works meaning u don't have a lot of time together 

go a little slower and get to know every little and big thing about each other

Best advice as marriage and filing for both IRS( as married for immigration) and either K1 (too expensive) or CR 1 comes into play with her financial aide for tuition 

What she does about marriage,  living arrangements for U in US ,  IRS tax returns,  the embassy ,  health care insurance for u,  the petition itself is all envolved in this   and there is so much to know

it is not difficult to do the process so lawyer is not needed but understanding the process is

Lawyer here in US too as foreign document probaby isn't enforceable

I am not sure why it would not be, you probably want it to be subject to a US jurisdiction.

 

And if it was not well I would have the cash.

That's not how that works.  The legally enforceable document is signed by the sponsor and is between the sponsor and the US government.

 

If your GF wants to sponsor you, she will need to find an eligible joint sponsor, or improve her own financial situation.

Then you may have to wait until she completes her education and can afford to bring an immigrant here.  Btw, why isn't she the one here asking questions?

A few options here: she tries harder to find a joint sponsor, you wait until she completes her studies and has held a paying job for a few years, she moves to your country.

 I think he is making more harder than it needs to be, and that can stress out his fiancee, being that she is in school, and I'm sure paying her own bills at home.

what I was trying to get across to him is that, no matter how he arrives, not only will they have to meet the requirements of USCIS, but also maintain a living.

 being that they will be just starting this process.. it can destroy the relationship if he doesn't be careful
