As long as her I-551 was properly endorsed upon her first entry into the US, she should be fine.

Has she checked her physical greencard status on MyUSCIS?  She can submit a request for why it's taking so long after 90 days.

Thank you. Still 90 days not complete yet.

Here is the status.

Immigrant Visa Fee Payment Received

You should receive your Permanent Resident Card within 90 days of your entry into the United States or within 90 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee payment is received. If you do not receive your Permanent Resident Card, visit the USCIS Contact Center webpage at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter.

If you move, go to

She can re-enter without the card.  If the card comes before she returns, you have the option to send it to her.  I probably wouldn't do that.  If there are issues upon re-entry, she can tell them you are waiting in the terminal with the card in your pocket.

Check in agents might not be familiar with the endorsement, so head to the airport early.

At US side, they will ask if you have your GC. Just reply honestly “it arrived at home after I left”, “I have not received it” or etc. They might send you to head to secondary to ensure the endorsement is legit, but there’s nothing to be concerned as long as the endorsement is still valid.
