I've been reading posts daily on visajourney during this long and difficult process of bringing my other half to USA. Everything was going fast, until now. I desperately need help, any advice, any light shed, I would appreciate it wholeheartedly. Our petition was approved in September, and not until November was it sent to the NVC. We still don't have a welcome letter, but me and my fiance decided it would be a good idea if she applied for a Schengen visa already just so that we would know how to move and pivot if she was denied. She was denied by Spain, due to the fact that she's currently not working because I'm financially supporting her and she doesn't own any cars or property in Russia, so it seems to them that she would leave Russia and not come back. Now we have to transfer embassies, but I have absolutely no idea how to move forward. Please, if anyone has been in this same situation or knows of any embassies accepting transfers from Russians with extreme hardships getting to Poland, let me know. If you have any tips or suggestions on how I should move forward, please also let me know. I'm losing sleeping over this every night. Thank you in advance to each and every one of you!
