Kingston, Jamaica Visa Denial for Grandson

Grandson had interview on June 20th.  Rep requested that I the (Petitioner) upload I-864 and tax returns to NVC website.  That information was sent to the NVC years ago.  I thought once the NVC sent the case to The Embassy- no more uploads were required.  Has anyone emailed information requested after interview directly to The Embassy in Jamaica?

You need to go back into CEAC and update it with the requested form. They won't accept emailed forms.

I'm curious.  What visa category is this case?  How did you petition a grandchild?

Did your child get approved?

Unfortunately, updated I864 will needed based on the most current tax year that's why the consulate is asking.
