US Citizenship Test 2025 app.  For real.  Just set it to ask you 50 questions and do them over and over until you score 96% or higher.  You can tell it to do less questions if you only have, say 10 minutes to work at it.  Worked a treat!

Nice, I'll give it a try!

I also made a ChatGPT bot based on official study material.

The bonus of this one is I can actually voice chat with it. It reads a random question from the list, and I reply by saying the answer, so it makes it similar to exam conditions. It's a verbal exam, right?

You have to read a written statement out loud, write a verbal statement and then you will be asked questions verbally.  Depends on your interviewing officer for how they manage the testing.  Mine dispersed the questions throughout verifying my submitted information.  If you get 6 in a row correct, they stop there.

Hi Everyone, Just joined this group.

Filed N-400 application on Dec 22 2024, got the notice to the online account that case is being received on the same day. Received another notice on 1/6/2025 that biometrics will be reused and no need to provide new ones. But no movement since then.

Filed in state of CA. Not sure if that has any impacts on the timeline though.

Has anyone files in Dec 2024 already got their interview dates yet??

Good luck to everyone in this group!!!

Yes I got interview, but I'm in the minority of lucky ones. As of right now, about 7500 December filers were scheduled for interview, and about 20000 are still waiting for interview date. There's also about 360 super lucky people who already naturalized. There's nothing to worry about. I was ready to wait for 6-8 months for the interview.

Have you checked processing times for your field office?

They're different for every office.

Thanks for the quick response. After posting my question I saw you already posted a statistical screenshot. That was very helpful.
Then on the USCIS website I found another tool to search for the processing time based on the filed office you apply. The CA , San Bernardino office is about 6.5 months average. 😰

so will have to wait till Sept 7th 2025 before I can even make an inquiry and the timeline for processing applications.

congrats on your application and good luck with the interview!!!
would be good to hear how the interview goes and questions asked.

My field office also showed over 6 months for processing times, but I got scheduled for interview in March. At the same time, processing time at my field office for I-751 was initially 7 months, but it ended up being 20.5 months.

You just never know.

I hope everybody in December 2024 gets their interview soon.

I will definitely post more detailed update once interview and oath is over.

we filed on December 20th the wife and I here in Orlando Florida we also got the biometrics reuse but no movement since. our field office says 8 and 1/2 months. hopefully it's not that long, but believe me you are one of many many thousands waiting for an interview.

on the plus side it's going to be a lot quicker than her i-751 that took 26 months.
