Fascinating! Thank you for sharing it here and welcome to December filers club! Did you file within 90 day early filing window?

It says the card was delivered, but we've moved 3 times (all different states) since I filed my I-751, and I never received my physical card even I always update my address. At least I received my 48months extension letter.

Moving while immigration case is pending can be very tricky... Have you ever filed I-90 saying GC was never delivered? Supposedly it's not your fault and you should not pay the fee for GC if you updated address with AR-11 but USCIS sent card to wrong address.

So I guess I-751 is approved, one less hurdle. Do you have approval notice or it's also lost?

If you never got notice in the mail, I recommend requesting a new copy - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init

It's always good to have all docs related to immigration. You never know when you may need it (even after naturalization).

Welcome to the club! 90 someting percent of USCIS operation is funded by fees, not funds sent by government. They are not going to be affected much.
