Just got notification for the combo interview(I751 and N400), it is scheduled for May 20th.

Applied online on Dec 16th, Detroit, MI. Interview is at the local field office in Troy, MI, which is like 2 miles from my house. Previosly for the GC interview I had to go downtown Detroit.

Good luck! Is I-751 a joint one? If so, I highly recommend having your spouse there.

I just had my oath ceremony at Jacksonville, FL on Friday. It went well.

Now off to applying for US passport on Monday. Here are the other things that I have on my radar. Am I missing something?

1) update my employer  about my citizenship.

2) after I get my passport, update SSN and and drivers licence

3) Officially renounce Indian citizenship

4) Apply for India entry card (OCI)

5) Update global entry information

6) Update my airline accounts

7) Tell all my bank and investment accounts to update my citizenship status.

8. Register to vote

What am I missing?

Hey all, apologies if already asked. Is there still a good number of us who havent heard anything in terms of interview scheduling etc? So happy to see so many posting about their interviews and oath ceremonies etc and at the same time a little concerned it's been crickets on my end since the reuse of biometrics letter/update was received in December. Grateful for any input.

Just got the text notification that my interview was scheduled for June 11th.  My Received Date was 12/30/2024 for the San Antonio, TX Field Office.  I did hire an attorney and I filed my I-751 back during the window that you have to do it in.

I asked in another thread how you would KNOW if it was a combo interview.  My lawyer included a cover letter in my case where she tells USCIS about the pending I-751 and the associated receipt number.

As you can see on the screenshot below, my interview notice letter lists both forms in the Case Type.  I was glad to see that.

Yes, I haven't heard back as well. Application received Dec 3rd and requested for combo I-751 and N-400 interview.  My paranoid self is worried but I know I'm still within the processing time so I've just been keeping myself busy to not worry about it too much. :)
