Overall, another 50 people were approved and 106 were scheduled for interview since my last report. There's also one more denial. Few more ceremonies scheduled and few more notices for oath ceremony sent.

Actually, just checked August 2023 stats. There's about 8300 denials there and around 55000 approvals.

 

Making denial rate around 10-15%

 

But other blocks look more like 5-10% of denials.

I did something similar for December 2021 I-751 filers though back then it required more effort and data wasn't as full. I think it helps everybody understand where the cases are in process and put things in perspective. I think AOS folks will appreciate your efforts too!

Seems like yesterday/today (Whenever they update the actual case date) have been slow for USCIS - Almost no movement at all on any of the categories for the I-485 stats for November filers

I've been looking at the other Application types (I-130, I-765, I-140 & 1-129F) and it seems te last day or two, there is very little activity from USCIS on ANY forms. Wonder if there is soem Agency-wide mandatory training? Perhaps on the new Illegal Immigrant Registration requirements that were just rolled out? (That's just me guessing... I have no data to back that up)

I'm also thinking maybe some small percentage of newer cases (November 2024 AOS filers, N-400 December filers) are getting processed, then the rest put on pause to process older cases.

 

E.g. USCIS takes small percentage of cases for relatively new filers, processes them fast to improve timeline stats, and switches back to address older cases.

That's a reasonable assumption (sadly)
