Interview was scheduled today! Combo interview (N400 + I751) will be on March 18th. Jacksonville field office. 

N-400 Timeline:

  1. 12/15/2024 - Filed N400 under 3 year rule; I751 still pending
  2. 12/15/2024 - Received electronic receipt notice and biometric reuse notice in myuscis account
  3. 2/19/2025 - Received email notifying interview was scheduled - combo (N400+I751) interview scheduled for March 18

RoC Timeline:

  1. 12/04/2023 - Application sent to USCIS Elgin, IL lockbox
  2. 12/07/2023 - Application received by USCIS
  3. 12/12/2023 - Received "Your case received" text message from USCIS. Receiipt # starts with IOE
  4. 12/13/2023 - Check cashed by USCIS
  5. 12/19/2023 - Received in mail the I797 with the receipt number and the online access code
  6. 12/19/2023 - Received in mail the bio-metric re-use notification
  7. 12/21/2023 - Received in mail the I797 NoA extending my green card by 48 months

Yes, spouse is coming as I am required to bring my spouse. The interview letter states:

That’s very low number of oath ceremonies compared to interviews.

Of course, oath can only happen after interview and approval. I'd be comparing it to Approved. Those folks went through entire process except oath.

 

I expect oath to grow over the next several weeks. And in several months it will be larger than any other status, meaning pretty much everybody got processed.

I hope so. I am waiting to see an update for my app in Jan 2025.

I wish I had data to see if we are seeing a slowdown or not. 30 a day based on your reports seem low

Seems amazing to me. Not so long ago N-400s were taking 12 months. I will go up once earlier filers (August 2024 and before) will be finished.

That’s true. I mean 12 months is definitely a long time. My concern is based on the current administration and the changes they might be implementing

Overall, another 47 people were approved and 46 were scheduled for interview since my last report. There's also one more denial. Few more ceremonies scheduled and few more notices for oath ceremony sent.
