Fascinating! Thank you for sharing it here and welcome to December filers club! Did you file within 90 day early filing window?

It says the card was delivered, but we've moved 3 times (all different states) since I filed my I-751, and I never received my physical card even I always update my address. At least I received my 48months extension letter.

Moving while immigration case is pending can be very tricky... Have you ever filed I-90 saying GC was never delivered? Supposedly it's not your fault and you should not pay the fee for GC if you updated address with AR-11 but USCIS sent card to wrong address.

So I guess I-751 is approved, one less hurdle. Do you have approval notice or it's also lost?

If you never got notice in the mail, I recommend requesting a new copy - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init

It's always good to have all docs related to immigration. You never know when you may need it (even after naturalization).

Welcome to the club! 90 someting percent of USCIS operation is funded by fees, not funds sent by government. They are not going to be affected much.

Hello all!

Just filed online last December 2nd, but somehow it got dated as December 3rd on my USCIS account 🤷🏻‍♀️.  Receipt Notice and Biometric Reuse letters were available within the hour on my USCIS account.  Current status is "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". I did also request for combo interview or I-751 interview waiver so hoping this will speed things up.  Good luck to us all! 🙏🏼

How do you request combo? What you mean by that? Because i did my n400 this month i didn't see the compo request option i thought it's automatically compo?

Just filed as well, 90-day window started yesterday. Status immediately went to “Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS.”

Good luck to everyone!

How do you request combo?

1) Write a cover letter saying you have pending I-751, case # and asking both N-400 and I-751 to be combined. Attach it in additional evidence section.

2) Attach copy of I-751 receipt notice in additional evidence section.

There's nothing automatic. You may or may not have combo. Even when asked, it's not guaranteed.

Hi.

I just got my reponse for I-751, so my new green card will be here soon.

1) can I apply now or it is better to wait for my green card, I am on my 90 days before window.
2) how long does the green card takes to arrive? I have a trip planned for February so a bit scared about it. The recipt notice indicated that can take up to 60 days.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Then it can take up to 60 days. Typically 2-6 weeks.

You can apply now. You have to provide scans of front and back of GC.

You can wait for new GC in the mail or scan current GC. It would be less confusing if you waited for new GC, but overall should be OK to scan expired conditional GC.
