I finally submitted my N400 on Dec 4 ( Dec 5 Eastern time )

 

 

 

I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence 

 

 

Feb 15, 2019 , case was received 
Feb 25,2019 , Received extension Letter 
March 12,2019 , Received Biometric letter 
March 28,2019 ,  Finger prints Completed 
 
Online status stayed as “ case was received on Feb 15,2019”
 
 
June 29,2020 , online status changed to “Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent”
July 16, 2020 , called uscis and learned that they had never mailed the RFE letter . It’s still in the process of drafting

Aug 14, 2023 - 48-month extension letter received

Aug 23, 2023 - Biometrics appointment at Brooklyn ASC

Sept 9, 2020 - Response to RFIE received by USCIS | Sept. 22, 2020 - Received I-693 deficiency notice

Nov 21, 2020 - Date USCIS sent out biometrics appointment letter  | Nov. 28, 2020 - Received bio appointment letter

Dec 18, 2020 - Biometrics appointment completed in Brooklyn ASC | Dec. 19, 2020 - Case updated to fingerprints taken (I-485 and I-765) | Dec. 30, 2020 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

Feb 25, 2021 - New card is being produced (EAD) | Feb. 26, 2021 - EAD and AP have been approved

Mar 3, 2021 - Combo card received | Mar. 5, 2021 - SSN card received

Aug 31, 2021 - Case updated online to interview has been scheduled | Sept 8, 2021 - Interview schedule received in the mail via USPS

Oct 5, 2021 - Scheduled interview | Oct 6, 2021 - Approved

Just submitted my N400 today online. Receipt number starts with IOE. Filing based on married to USC for three years category. I751 is still pending.

  1. 12/15/2024 - Filed N400 under 3 year rule; I751 still pending
  2. 12/15/2024 - Received electronic receipt notice and biometric reuse notice in myuscis account

RoC Timeline:

  1. 12/04/2023 - Application sent to USCIS Elgin, IL lockbox
  2. 12/07/2023 - Application received by USCIS
  3. 12/12/2023 - Received "Your case received" text message from USCIS. Receiipt # starts with IOE
  4. 12/13/2023 - Check cashed by USCIS
  5. 12/19/2023 - Received in mail the I797 with the receipt number and the online access code
  6. 12/19/2023 - Received in mail the bio-metric re-use notification
  7. 12/21/2023 - Received in mail the I797 NoA extending my green card by 48 months

Actually, did receive the receipt notice and biometric reuse notice after a few hours of posting the previous post.

Congrats! Processing times vary based on your office. You can look it up here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

 

Note that the processing times show the past, not the future performance. It's just like stock prices, nobody can definitely predict it.

 

If you still have I-751 it may be slightly longer.

 

Also, new administration is coming and we don't know how USCIS priorities will change in 2025.
