CEAC documents uploading problems

I am having problems uploading documents on CEAC for weeks now and I try different browsers, the size is correct and all but it says “ invalid detected image” its so frustrating, does  anyone know how to fix this?

Please help I’m having the same issue. Have been trying to upload the w-2 for weeks and nothing.

Try pdf commpressors like pdf24.

I used snipping tool and pasted them in word doc then turn them to pdf and it worked.

If you have printer at home and have a printer app, it will be more convenient to upload. And it will be saved directly on your files in your phone.

I'm having problems getting ceac to open at all! I put in the case number and it brings an error page. I'm using chrome. Should I use safari or something?

In ur case, Try different browser

We struggled for several days. Even though size and type was correct, it still didn’t work.
 

then i tried different things and it worked.

first https://www.ilovepdf.com/

this website helped to compress the file or to charge format

 

another time, hand filled i864 didn’t upload and had invalid image or no image detected error. Then I typed online application and insert signature through adobe and it worked fine. I was able to upload in seconds.

 

I sometimes also took picture and upload instead of pdf. 
 

Renaming the file and saving it also helped. 
 

All of the above is experience with several cases.
 

just so you know, nvc has an alert about it too.
