Hi Everyone

I'm grateful to everyone who helped me last time when i had issue with my i751.

I'm trying to fill N400 myself and need help.

1. I started filling it online via USCIS website and almost 70% completed, is it a good idea?

2. Married 6 years back and separated this year so do i need to again provide all the documents even though i did when i filled for my i751?, Please help

3. Can i do it myself or get any help from professionals with less expensive? i already spent money for attorney for my i751 and my divorce and now i try to save money i know this is very important but the same time i think this looked relatively easy compare to other previous forms.

Any help or input will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

Anyone who recently filed N400 with divorce petition please let me know, I'm happy to connect with you and get some help.

Thanks,

Rookie.

Has your I-751 been decided yet?

I assume you're applying under general provision (5 year rule)? If so, you don't need to file all marriage evidence you submitted with I-751.

Thank you @OldUser for your quick response, Yes im applying under 5 years rule, I can just submit my divorce papers and submit it online? it looks straight fwd and i can do myself without the marriage evidence, since the evidence is already in i751.

Did you change you I751 to a divorce waiver?

If you have the divorce decree, you will need to include this for the N400 even if filing under the 5 yr rule as the N400 requests marital history evidence.  Since the I751 has not been decided yet, there may be some additional questions about your most recent marriage.

Good Luck!

This is fine, you can start an application and leave it unfinished until you are ready to submit as long as you touch it at least once / month, otherwise it gets deleted and you have to start over.

The system will tell you which documents to include, but given your recent separation/divorce the other comments have some valid concerns.
