All My TSC loser friends.

It seems as if TSC may be working again. Today my wife and i received an email that her card has been ordered!!!

Thank god!! its about time.. 10 months and 5 days to be exact. We were really getting mad, for we were way out in left field when it came to the norm for responses from TSC. Lets recap....

09 Feb Application Mailed

14 Feb USPS tracking confirmed delivery

NOA 1 (I-751) NEVER RECEIVED

numerous calls....nothing done

Biometrics appointement letter - NEVER RECEIVED

numerous calls.... nothing done

Finally get fed up and make info pass appointment 9 months later

20 NOV infopass made, and Walk-in biometrics accomplished

30 days later

19 Dec Card production ordered

Receipt Number: SRCXXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On December 19, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Its been on big headache for my wife and I as it seemed we were just way out in the lost cases files, since we never received any feedback from TSC. I still would like to have some choice words with someone there, but since its christmas, I will take this as a good christmas gift.

we have been discussing the citizenship possibility, but she is a little reluctant after all of this. She does not want to lose her italian citizenship (I cant blame her) and just our luck we will get somebody reviewing her case that has the mindset that if you apply for US citizenship then thats what you will be. (So to avoid all of that we will probably wait for awhile to see how everyone else handles dual citizenship.

Thanks for the Christmas wishes, and I really hope that TSC has really waken up, and you as well as the rest of the Loser class will be approved shortly.

GREAT news, Mark! Congratulations!!! Particularly after the freakin' hassles with no NOA1 and no biometrics notice. Looks like there may be hope after all . . . could it be that there is a a 10-month processing time now? Wonder what's happened with ven2lin and vumbi . . . .
