Does anyone know if the processing at TSC has stopped only for I751 or if other applications are affected as well? I mean do they process I129f, N400s? are they doing anything at all at TSC?

that's exactly what I have been thinking. I don't think they are doing K-1s -- I think those are going to CSC as well.

Heh, I hope you haven't been holding your breath b/c it looks like TSC has been lying through their teeth about processing times (and their lies just got a lot worse with the new time).

Yeah, there's not much to do to move this process along. Actually, there's not much to do, period, except crab about how long it's taking. When you look at the list here, you see that well over half of the people were supposed to have been approved already, at least according to the new processing times . . . .

Nope, TSC has still not retracted the April 3, 2007 processing time misrepresentation it made to its superiors at USCIS.

How about some info on (1) when you sent in your I-751, (2) when you had your biometrics, and (3) when your file was last touched/updated so we can officially put you on the list?

I have actually been thinking about going to Mesquite (SP), TX and having a little chat with the TSC. I wonder how close to the building I can get before I get tackled by security and quietly disappear into forever?

I have some time I need to take from work before Christmas, might be a good time. Tis the season to be jolly....SO GIVE ME MY GREEN CARD!

I just thought of something -- even among us Losers, we have a pecking order! We have Losers and then we have REAL Losers! I mean SUPER Losers, lol. Everybody above us1415 on the list is a TSC Super Loser because they are outside the TSC's *cough*phony*cough* 6 month and 12 day processing time!

I will become a TSC Super Loser on November 1!!! I can't wait.
