Did you assemble your papers and evidence for the Embassy in a binder, like you did for the I-129F, or just keep them separate and available?

I'm assuming separate, since they will ask for specific items, and may not ask for others.

Thank you, again.

If it's going to be, it's up to me!

Do not bind or fasten them.

Just use a separator or a tab for easy determination during the Pre-interview.Usually, they don't ask for documents in the chronological order. Some of it will not be asked at all.You don't have to buy at a lot of folders either. Paper clips will do in separating each kind of paperwork.

you can put it in a folder with plastic separates and have it labeled for easy reference.

Claudeth just had hers in a folder and gave to the pre-interview person as each document was requested. It all went very smoothly. One thing she did forget was to have her German police clearance translated so if you have any paperwork not in English get it translated.

Hi there, I assemble mine using a clear front report covers with tab so I can easily slide out the document when they ask for it. I also separate some of emails, photos, letters, cards, phone bills like 3 each so that when they ask for it I have ready on my hand. Then if they ask more I have in the folder. Do not use hard bound folders or binder coz you cant slide it in their very thin window.

You can check my website, under K1 & AOS I put a slide on how I prepared my documents and it also worked for my friends. You can check for your reference and Idea.

Hope that helps. GOOD LUCK!

Thanks everyone, some great advice. Every little bit of perparation we can do before the interview, will help Annie's nerves greatly.

If it's going to be, it's up to me!

http://www.pinoyinfo.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2208

WOW! I am so impressed, excellent information! I have saved the link so that I can refer back to it... lol! I want to be just like you when I grow up... I thought I was organized but you are unbelievable... Also, I agree with you, I'd rather have too much than not enough!

I have finally met my love and my best friend... I can't thank God enough for this gift! After spending 17 days in Ghana with my love, I am even more consumed by him and all that he is.
