Hi guys, I was thinking about submitting new evidences like phone FaceTime logs, and in vitro fertilization proof from the hospital for submitting Unsolicited evidence. Does anyone know if this would help the case? We’ve waited for about a year now.

For 864, will the USCIS ask for bank deposits or just your tax forms? I’m thinking maybe I should deposit any excess cash instead of spending it directly.

Please help, the whole process is very stressful. 😣

Yes, you can submit unsolicited evidence, but it won't speed anything up.  Income is king on the affidavit of support, but you have the option of showing liquid assets too.  Download the I-864 and its separate instructions, then become an A-Student of both while you wait.

Thank you pushbrk, I will study the I-864, didn’t know there’s separate instructions.
