Hi dear VisaJourney community,
I am currently preparing my AOS documentation so that when we are ready, we can file them as quickly as possible. One of the requirements for Form I-485 is to provide my I-94. I have an extensive I-94 as I've been hopping back and forth between NL and the US every few months. I provided it during my K1 application.

However, when I tried to pull up my I-94 today...the website said there was no record of my travels. Which is very odd. Is this normal after a status change (from VWP to K1)? Should I send a message to the CBP?

(I checked if I had filled in my details correctly...five times)

I believe you should have an I-94 record until you become a Green Card holder.

These systems do have glitches, but you should see something. I just tried it and can still see my last I-94 from 2017 just before becoming LPR with DT category as expected.

Are you typing your name exactly as written in the MRZ of your passport? E.g. for given name you add _all_ your given names since Europe usually does not distinguish between given names and middle names.

Also, do you get anything if you look up your travel record page vs. the I-94 lookup page?

You've waited the 10 to 14 days since arrival?

Your timeline says you're projected POE isn't until Dec 5th, 2024....

You’ve correctly seen that I haven’t arrived yet.  My I-94 should still be very lengthy as I’ve visited the US around four times a year for the past two years. It’s very odd that no record is found.

There's no such thing as a lengthy I-94, each one pertains to one admission. The lookup will only show your most recent I-94. You may be confusing this with the travel history lookup, those are two different things. In any case, you should be seeing results from both, especially if it worked previously with the same passport number.

Since you mentioned you are not actually in the US, I have seen reports of lookup issues related to browser time zones, you can try adding or subtracting one day to your DOB and see if that makes any difference for you.

I94 only shows current/ last entry info. Travel history shows a list. You need the former, not the latter.

I'll refrain until 10 to 14 days has passed from your K1 entry and you've entered every combination possible of your name from your passport/ visa to be concerned. Looking now has no relevance.

This did the trick! I pulled it up with a change to my DOB.

For both responses: You are absolutely right, the correct terminology is important. Thank you for educating me on that.

Seeing this late, I had the same!

I am currently in the states and it now definitely shows my admission and that I entered on a K1! 😁

Your question is already been answered, I just hope this input helps reducing the stress it may have caused 🤭
