Ok,

I have filed taxes for 2 years.  The last two years, this is what it looks like (see photo insert). Are these considered Financial Commingling or Financial ties?  Are these what NVC is looiing for?

I put down Married, Filing Separately.

Comingling is more like you have listed one another on life insurance plans, pension and/or retirement savings, you have shared bills or memberships to places like Costco or the like, possibly a shared credit card - proof that you're actually intermingling your finances.

No. Married filing Jointly would help.  Joint bank account would help.  A joint bank account where your paycheck and your spouse's paycheck being deposited would be better evidence.

It's good that you've done this but it is not commingling of finances.  That's not expected from couples who have never lived in the same country.  Concentrate on evidence of time spent together in person.  No need for everything on the list you're looking at.  It says "one or more", not "every" or "all".

It was not possible to file jointly without his SSN or lack of US work.  Petitioner is not US citizen therefore no SSN.  Bank would not accept him due to no SSN.

Got it... petitioner is not US citizen, none of the facilities would let me add him.  CC and bank cards require SSN.  Not possible.

The US Citizen is the "petitioner".  The foreign spouse is the beneficiary of the petition and the visa applicant once the petition is approved.

Some banks and CC will let you add them as an authorized user without a SSN -- TD Bank and Capital One both allowed me to add my husband before he had his SSN.  We updated the accounts once he had it.

True that.  I tried with my bank.  FAILED.  DECLINED.  Refused.

Thank you, I am on it now.  I appreciate the website direction.
