November 2024 AOS Filers

My I-765 was a standalone approval, you can see it by the name on the documents tab. I assume they view the I-485 as main filing and the other ones are marked as concurrent.

Still nothing on my side either. Biometrics were on Dec 20. Need my work permit to be able to get my driving license in California 🤦🏻‍♀️. Was hoping for New Years surprise.

Yeah from what I can see, it looks like there's a whole bunch of I-765s that had their biometrics in the last couple of weeks of December that are still sitting at "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". Gotta figure folks at USCIS are taking time off during the holidays, etc. Just gotta practice patience 🤪 Jaycel needs the I-765 approval for her DL also because she wants her ID in her married name and in CO, you need to have the name changed with the SSA first and we are doing that through the I-765 / I-485 forms.

hi my AOS package was delivered today at TEMPE, AZ by UPS and it says on the delivery record that it was delivered at the DOCK.. is this normal? thank you for quick response.

Mine was sent via Fed-Ex to the Tempe, AZ physical address and the proof of delivery said "Delivered to: Shipping/Receiving/Dock".

Hmm, my two applications EAD and AOS are still concurrent. (Bio Dec 20 in Fresno local office, filed in Chicago). For AED estimated time is 5 months and for AOS it says 14 months. The estimates hasn’t changed at all from the beginning. Any changes for anyone else? I am about to develop a serious addiction to chocolate while patiently waiting lol 😂

Jaycel's EAD estimate is 6 months and her AOS says 15 months and they are definitely de-coupled - No more "Concurrent Filing" tag with both applications grouped together in one box separated by a dotted line. Each application is in its own box on the portal now

A little update on my side. My estimated time for EAD moved from 5 months to 13 months. Moving in the wrong direction here, geez 🤦🏻‍♀️. Not sure what is going on. It is getting harder and harder to stay calm and wait patiently.

 Ours went from 3 months before the biometrics to 40 months right after it and now back down to 6 months.... it's all BS. Lousy gov't system

Woke up this morning and my EAD is approved on the website but still says 13 months hahaha 😂

Just curious, since your I-765 is now approved, are your cases still showing "Concurrent Filing" or did they separate them now?

And as of this morning ours went from 6 months to 7 months 🤪
