I read somewhere that they changed the API again and the stats on the tracking sites aren't accurate at the moment, not sure if true though.

I'd think if APIs changed we wouldn't be getting any changes at all? Typically, it's all or nothing situation. Eitner you get data which we do or you don't. I think there may be change of priorities or reduction or staff... For example, I see slow but steady movement for December 2024 filers for N-400 . Only guessing here without solid proof.

I've been questioning if since our case was received in October but the NOA dated November, we are one month or another.

Ignoring batch I've decided to identify as a November filer because it's more fun over here lmao

For the purposes of the stats, it's what shows on the "Received Date" section on your NOA1

Dang it! Those numbers are not moving very fast …. I am sure it mostly depends on the local office as well. For many of the smaller ones there is no stats whatsoever to even try to guess how long this might still take. My status sits on 12 months till decision 🤦🏻‍♀️. On a good note, my son’s K2 visa appointment is next week. Fingers crossed that he gets through. As a teenager he cannot be accompanied to the interview.
