NOA 1s for the I-485 and I-765 coming in the mail today (Thank you USPS Informed Delivery!)

The NOA1s indeed arrived today and the notice dates were 11/21/2024, just 3 days after they received our AOS package. Not too bad USCIS

Ugh.... still no Biometrics Appointment. Case is still sitting at "Received"

It's normal. With my I-751, I've seen people whose case was Received for most of the time, and biometrics appointment / reuse updated few weeks to actual adjudication. Some of them got biometrics a year after everybody else but approved earlier.

Yeah.... I just know it's going to be needed before they approve her EAD and that's what we really want to get in hand so she can start working

You might need to look in under documents in my USCIS account. I just found a pdf of my biometric appointment letter from September 30 lol scheduled for December 20. No letter or notice received as of now.

Yeah I've been checking the documents tab every day to see if it shows up there but so far nothing. Just curious, did you file I-485 & I-765 concurrently? If so, which case did the biometrics notice appear in the documents tab?

Concurrently. It was under I-485 together with a RFE for a petitioner proof of US citizenship that we submitted immediately. Didn’t get a notification about it either. Actually the biometric appointment was scheduled before the RFE.

After filing I-485 etc. I got the uscis online access code by mail, added my cases to my account and also saw the biometrics appointment notice as pdf file under I-485 documents almost a week before it arrived in the mail.

Yes we got our online access code quickly and there has been nothing since then for notices in the documents tab. I thought we’d have the biometrics by now 🫤
