My welcome Letter NVC

Hello my case was approved in July 24 for i-130  but I still don't receive my welcome letter for this reason I send to request to nvc and I receive this mail down the. I contact usci they tell me all is right with ur petition. U will receive mail 📬 but I still dont receive nothing what I can do now ?

For me, they sent my welcome letter to my fiancé (USC) but addressed to me.

We received all of the NVC info via email about a week after approval.
