Package delivered 11/29

We are thinking of taking a short trip 12/19-12/23. Does anyone know the odds of biometrics getting scheduled during this time? Seems like there is high odds it’ll get reused or scheduled for a later date.. but don’t want to book these nonrefundable airbnbs and have to cancel

Notice of Receipt 12/3

Hoping biometrics reuse comes soon

Today I got scheduled for a biometrics appointment for end of December.

Is this standard for everyone?

did you receive the biometrics appointment in the mail? My online status is showing a biometrics appointment scheduled.

I am yet to receive any notice by mail.

But both of them are on my online account

I received the biometrics reuse notice in the mail today 12/10, but the receipt notice with the 48 month extension did not come yet. Is it expected for biometrics reuse mail to come first and for the receipt notice to lag behind even though the USCIS website says both were "mailed out" on 12/5?

Sent the package out November 22, got the digital receipt notice December 6, and the physical copy of the I 797 just arrived in the mail. Also got a biometrics reuse notice, both digital and physical. Also the "myUSCIS" thing has scans of the photos we sent in on there for some reason.

How long did it take you between getting the reuse notice and i797 in the mail?

This is normal. You can see some submitted evidence that got scanned.

Huh. I don't recall that being there for the original GC application, but good to know.

That was a bit odd. I got the WE TOOK AN ACTION ON YOUR CASE email on Dec 6, but at that time the documents didn't appear in the myUSCIS. I think. And then I got them in the mail a week later. I might have overlooked them in the online account.
