We sent the package on 11/12 and USPS confirmed delivery on 11/14. No confirmation from USCIS and the check has not been deposited yet.

09/15/21 - Sent packet via USPS to Chicago lockbox

09/22/21 - Priority date

09/26/21 - Text/email confirmation of receipt by USCIS

09/28/21 - Checks cashed by USCIS

09/30/21 - Received I-797C for I-485, I-765, I-131 and I-130 in mail

10/09/21 - USCIS online account updates to schedule biometrics

11/01/21 - Biometrics appointment (Brooklyn, NY)

11/04/21 - Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

02/14/22 - I-765 Expedite requested

02/24/22 - Expedite evidence sent

03/23/22 - EAD arrived in mail

05/06/22 - AP approved (expedited)

01/03/23 - RFE for I-693, case transferred to Boise, ID office

01/17/23 - I-485 approved

01/25/23 - GC arrived in mail

11/12/24 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

Timeline

Getting ready to send off our packet.. since we can't use paperclips and fasteners, how did you hold or separate your documents,  also who's more dependable,  usps or fedex/ups

There's only one form (OK, optional I-1145) and evidence. Treat it as one big packet. Simply print cover letter, followed by table of contents, followed by form and evidence. Put everything with personal check on top in a box.

We will be sending late this week or next week.

I wonder why most people here are opting for a cheque. Is there some downsides about sending the credit card authorization instead?

Yes, the biggest downside is transaction being marked as fradulent when paying with credit card. This is pretty common, it's not a joke.

Update today and the NOA date is 11/14.

So we finally sent our package 11-22-24 and USPS confirmed delivery 11-25-2024.

We are waiting for USCIS to send NOA so we can finally get it rolling

package delivered 11/22 

credit card charged 11/26

text message and email received with case number and action 11/26 

Case is already linked in our online USCIS account, but no documents are available yet to view. 11/26

11-27-24: USCIS Confirm receipt of case and sent gave us a case number. USCIS also added case to online account.
