I received an REF for some court records dating back to 1992. In my original I-129 App i put  1991 for the case. I got all court records snd noticed it was 1992. Opinions on when i mail in all records they ask for should i mention my mistake of the year?

Include a cover letter with your RFE response listing the evidence you are sending in and stating that you made an error in the date of the court case you listed on your I-129F and now that you have received the official records you see that it was actually in 1992. Good luck... this is the first of this type of issue I've seen here on VJ so keep us posted on their response to it.

Hello there and I appreciate the response. I was able to obtain police and court records per request. I did also add in my cover letter about my mistake on the year. The documents were a pain to get and took a few weeks. I mailed it all off and they changed my status to RFER about 2 weeks. 10 days later which was Dec 12th my status changed to I 129f APPROVED. YAYY. My file date was March 5th and a part of the group tossed aside I feel. However this latest was great news and we are pressing forward. Hope the best to all in this journey.
