Hello!

I am in the process of submitting an I-130 for my wife. She is from Canada and we are trying to get her green card. This is the evidence we have so far for the "Additional Proof of Marriage" part of the application:

  • Joint apartment lease
  • Joint Car Insurance
  • Joint Health Insurance
  • Joint Bank Account Statement
  • 12 Photos of events over the course of our relationship with descriptions
  • Social media posts together over the course of our relationship
  • PDF listing my wife as the beneficiary of my retirement account
  • A written letter from me about the story of our relationship

Is there anything else you think we should add? Would this be sufficient?

Thank you!

Yes, don't just include one bank statememt. Include statements from the tine joint account was open until now. Evidence should span periods of time to be considered. Include all pages of documents too.

If you have retirement statements showing spouse's name that's better than one page.

If you travelled together by plane or had hotel resevations in both names, include it too.
