Hi - my mother is a LPR. And I am trying to find out if there would be any issues upon her return, here is the history:

- Traveled outside the US: Feb 23 2024 - Aug 4 2024 (over 5 months but less than 6 months)

- Stayed in the US from Aug 4 2024 till (probably) Dec 15 2024 (over 4 months)

- Plan to travel outside the US from Dec 2024 to Feb 2025 (2 months)

Will IO give her any trouble coming in Feb 2025 given she didnt "stay in the US for the last 6 months" or even from Feb 2024 - Feb 2025, she would have stayed a total of 8 of 12 months outside.

Trying to figure out how to book tickets.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, alternative is that she doesnt fly. Just read up - I think it should be fine as she has not planning to be there fore more than 6 months, which is what the rule says.
