I had a few skirmishes with the law when I was under 18.  In my state, these court records are sealed and then destroyed after 10 years (this was 30 years ago).  I did a background check on myself before I filed my I-129f.  I did not disclose these items and USCIS did not question me. 

 

I am not suggesting anyone do what I did as YMMV.
