I submitted my mother's petition for immigration of an alien relative, which was approved and sent to the NVC. Between working FT as a nurse and a new born I made this error. While proceeding to the next step to submit affidavit of support, I noticed that I had submitted the Form I-130 with my mother's maiden name "SABENA ABDUL JALIL" as reflected on her birth certificate and not her married name, which is "SABENA KHAN JAMAL LALI" as reflected on the passport and National Identity Card. How can this be corrected?

So I sent an inquiry via the NVC website after calling USCIS, they stated that NVC does not have a direct line to call but inquires can be sent. So I sent an inquiry and stated what the issue was, I also sent attachments as proof for correct name. NVC responded in about 2 weeks and they had updated my mom's name on their end.
