Your son can still apply though.

Personally, I wouldn't risk it just for vacations in another country. The fact that you got pregnant with your boyfriend's baby just after removal of conditions means your case is likely to be scrutinised much more closely. It'll be simpler and easier to just wait and let time pass before you apply for naturalisation.

Yes thanks very much

I have my greencard 4 years and I did removed the condition i got my 10 years greencard last year September. The problem started right around that time and I got pregnant in January we were still living together but not has husband and wife I didn't even tell him I was pregnant until I had my baby.

You can apply for citizenship after 5 years of being an LPR.  You may be asked about your previous relationship and your current relationship.  Keep it objective - you do not need to share every detail.  Your marriage didn't work out, you have separated/divorced, and are now in a new relationship.

But they will see the baby birth certificate and maybe a red flag

The 5 yr application is not based on being married to your petitioning husband.  They may ask about your child, and you state that you and your husband have drifted apart, hence the divorce and your new relationship.

If you and your husband were still married and living together as a married couple by the time your ROC was approved (ie you got your 10 year greencard on the correct grounds), I don't see any issues. You can file for citizenship when you become eligible under the 5 year rule, waiting won't change your past timeline anyway.

You won't be denied citizenship because you had sex with someone other than your husband.
